SQL代码任务执行报错“Status: 403，ErrorCode: InvalidObjectState, Message: The operation is not valid for the object's state”

问题原因

代码中的表所请求的OSS文件目前是冷归档状态，不允许直接访问。  

解决方案

先将文件进行解冻。
