启动数据集成新版任务，当前支持的任务类型包括：MySQL到Hologres整库实时同步任务。

FailoverSettings	Object	否		Failover设置。
Interval	Long	否	10	Failover时间区间，单位分钟。
UpperLimit	Long	否	30	Failover次数上限。
ForceToRerun	Boolean	否	true	是否强制重跑全部同步步骤。不填默认为不强制重跑。
