DescribeProductAmortizedCostByAmortizationPeriod - 查询产品摊销月摊销成本
以摊销月视角查询月产品摊销成本。
接口说明
摊销成本不作为结算及对账依据。摊销成本提供费用分摊能力，将您在云上产生的费用（含预付费和后付费）按照指定的分摊规则进行分摊。
当月最终数据在次月 6 日 12 点后支持使用（月中会发生包括但不限于以下少数场景：延迟出账，退款，调账，欠费核销等）。当月数据中不包含未结算（未出账，累账中）的后付费数据。
摊销成本数据支持近 12 个月数据。
摊销成本中分拆项相关数据在分账账单数据出具后延迟 48 小时更新（若需使用分拆费用请提前开通分账账单）；非分拆项相关数据在明细账单出具后延迟 48 小时更新。
2021 年 8 月（不含）之前的摊销成本月中不更新，仅于摊销次月 6 日 12 点后统一更新，也不支持提供分拆型云产品（例如：CDN、OSS、共享带宽等）各个分拆项（例如：域名、Bucket、EIP 等）的具体费用。
摊销成本数据需要用户开通摊销成本后才可提供，自开通后延迟 48 小时可使用。
