This topic describes the supplementary materials required for individual and enterprise account appeals in special scenarios.
Checklist of supplementary materials for individual account appeals
The person who completed identity verification is detained
If the person who completed identity verification is detained and you need to change the mobile number, you must provide the following supplementary materials:
A copy of the front and back of the ID card of the person who completed the identity verification.
The original certificate of detention issued by a state authority for the person who completed the identity verification.
A power of attorney that is handwritten, signed, and has the thumbprint of the person who completed the identity verification. Download
An application letter for the detention scenario. You must take a photo of the completed letter and upload it. Download
Any proof of payment for the account, such as an invoice, a screenshot of a successful Alipay payment for an Alibaba Cloud product, or an electronic receipt.
The person who completed identity verification is deceased
If the person who completed identity verification is deceased and you need to change the mobile number, you must provide the following supplementary materials:
A copy of the death certificate of the person who completed the identity verification for the account.
If the person who completed the identity verification left a will or a legacy agreement regarding account ownership, you must provide a copy of the will or agreement.
If no will or legacy agreement regarding account ownership exists, you must provide a notarized statement on account ownership. This statement must be jointly issued by all first-in-line heirs (spouse, children, and parents). If there are no first-in-line heirs, the statement must be issued by all second-in-line heirs (siblings and grandparents). You must provide a photo of the original notarized document.
A photo of the heir or legatee holding the front of their ID card and a separate photo of the back of their ID card. The heir or legatee is the person designated as the account owner in the will, legacy agreement, or notarized statement.
An application letter signed by the heir or legatee with their thumbprint. You must take a photo of the completed letter and upload it. Download
Any proof of payment for the account, such as an invoice, a screenshot of a successful Alipay payment for an Alibaba Cloud product, or an electronic receipt.

Checklist of supplementary materials for enterprise account appeals
The enterprise is deregistered and cannot be changed to a new one
You must submit the following supplementary materials to change the identity-verified entity of the account to the original legal representative of the enterprise.
The original legal representative must hold 100% of the company's shares, or shareholders holding more than two-thirds of the shares must agree to transfer the account to the legal representative.
A deregistration certificate issued by the Administration for Industry and Commerce. An example is provided below:
A photo of the original asset disposal certificate. A template is provided below:
The Application Form for Changing Member Account Holder - Enterprise must be signed, thumb-printed, or stamped by shareholders holding more than two-thirds of the shares. You must take a photo of the completed form and upload it.
An invoice or other proof of payment made from the account.
A photo of the legal representative holding the front of their ID card and a separate photo of the back of their ID card. You can skip this step if the legal representative has already completed face scan verification.
