1. Pay-as-you-go
This method is ideal for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with unstable call volumes of less than 100,000 calls per year. It is also suitable if your business uses one or more API operations.
After you enable an API operation, the pay-as-you-go billing method is automatically activated. You also receive a free call quota for testing and trial purposes. The pay-as-you-go method has no expiration date. The service is suspended if your Alibaba Cloud account has an overdue payment. You cannot manually disable the service. You will not be charged if you stop using the service. The billing details are shown in the following table.

2. Subscription
1) By number of calls
This method is ideal for SMEs with a monthly call volume of less than 25 million calls. It is also suitable if your business uses one or more API operations.
Note: This resource plan is not limited to a specific API operation. The call quota is shared among all API operations of the same service type. The resource plan is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2) By month (single API)
This method is ideal for medium to large enterprises with a high and stable monthly call volume of more than 25 million calls. It is also suitable if your business uses only one or a few specific API operations.
Note: This plan is limited to a single API operation. The price is based on the queries per second (QPS).

Refund policy:
Pay-as-you-go fees are non-refundable.
Subscription plans are refunded as follows:
If you have not used the resource plan within 7 days of purchase, you can receive a full refund.
For resource plans used for less than 7 days, refunds are based on the remaining amount:
Refund amount = Order amount - (Usage × Pay-as-you-go unit price).
As a general rule, refunds are not issued if you purchased the plan more than 7 days ago, regardless of usage.
If the order amount is greater than CNY 20,000 or if you request a refund more than 7 days after purchase, submit a ticket for confirmation.
