Service suspension for overdue payments

If you have an unpaid bill for the Address Purification service, your account becomes overdue. You will receive a payment reminder by text message or email.

  • If you pay the bill within 24 hours, your Address Purification service continues without interruption.

  • If you do not pay the bill within 24 hours, the Address Purification service is suspended and your occupied cache resources are released.
