What is Address Purification
Address Purification is a high-performance, high-accuracy service built on Alibaba Cloud's extensive address corpus and powerful Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms. It addresses challenges such as multiple names for one location, address resolution, and address authenticity verification. The service provides enterprises, government agencies, and developers with data cleansing and address standardization capabilities, making address data more effective for business support.

Address Purification API service
The Address Purification API is an end-to-end platform for address data processing. It uses Alibaba Cloud's extensive address corpus to process address data from various business systems. The service performs NLP tasks such as error correction, completion, normalization, structuring, and labeling to standardize address databases. It also provides intelligent services such as smart address entry, address search and suggestions, geocoding, reverse geocoding, and geofencing.

Location Asset Management
Location Asset Management is an all-in-one tool for managing location assets. It enables you to discover, normalize, and profile offline locations through fast data integration and simple task configuration. Based on geographic entities, it helps you establish relationships between people and places, goods and places, and stores or enterprises and places. It also builds industry asset profiles based on offline locations.
Business Flow
The business flow and data link for Location Asset Management are shown in the figure below. First, import and manage business data from various sources using a suitable connection type. Next, use the Alibaba Cloud Address Purification engine to govern and standardize the dataset. Then, use the Alibaba Cloud address normalization engine to match and unify multi-source address data, creating a unique identifier called Address OneID. Finally, use the OneID to build location profiles from your data. This enables data analytics, supports data applications, and lets you download the data.
