Configure O&M report delivery
DAS Agent generates daily O&M reports, but reviewing them requires you to log on to the console manually, which makes it easy to miss critical findings. After you enable delivery settings, the system automatically delivers the previous day's O&M report to designated contacts by SMS, email, or webhook after 09:00 local time of the agent group each day, keeping you informed of your database health.
Prerequisites

Notification examples
All notification channels share the same core information (agent group name, report date, PDF link, and delivery time), but the presentation format differs by channel.
Webhook
Webhook notifications appear as message cards in the chatbot. The title always includes the keyword DAS to comply with custom keyword security filters.
SMS
SMS notifications are constrained by character limits and contain only the most essential information. The PDF link is provided as a short URL. Example:
[Alibaba Cloud] Dear xxx, the O&M daily report (2026-05-21) for your instance default-agent(CN) is ready. View it here: https://t.aliyun.com/zPXr3yP7
Email notifications use a structured rich-text format:
-
Subject line: Includes the keyword DAS for easy filtering and archiving.
-
Body: Presents key information in a card layout, with a View Full Report PDF button.
-
Plain-text link: A plain-text URL below the button ensures access when the rich-text format cannot be rendered.
FAQ
I just created a delivery policy but have not received a report. What should I check?
-
Verify that the agent group has a Completed O&M report for the previous day.
-
Verify that the current time has passed 09:00 in the agent group's local time zone.
Why does a validation error say "Invalid agent / contact / contact group" when I create a policy?
Check whether the selected items still exist and belong to the current account. A deleted item causes the creation to fail.
Why does the list show fewer agent groups or contacts than before?
When an agent group, contact, or contact group is deleted, the system automatically removes invalid references from the associated delivery policies. No manual cleanup is required.
How do I pause delivery temporarily without deleting the configuration?
Toggle the Enabled Status switch in the target policy row to disable the policy. The configuration is preserved, and you can re-enable delivery at any time.
Can the system deliver today's report instead of yesterday's?
No. The system delivers the previous day's O&M report to ensure that the data is complete and ready for review.
Which chatbot types does the webhook channel support?
DingTalk chatbot, WeCom chatbot, Feishu chatbot (China edition), and Lark chatbot (International edition). Other webhook types are not supported.
