Manage alert contacts

Database Autonomy Service (DAS) lets you configure and manage alert contacts and contact groups through its Alert Service.

Add an alert contact

  1. Log on to the DAS console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Tools > Alert Service > Alert Contacts.

  3. In the upper-right corner of the Alert Contacts page, click Add Contact.

    Note

    You can also click Synchronize CloudMonitor Contacts to add contacts from CloudMonitor.

  4. In the Add Contact dialog box, enter the required information and click OK.

    Parameter

    Description

    Full name

    Enter the contact's full name.

    Phone number

    Enter the contact's phone number and click Send Verification Code.

    Phone verification code

    Enter the verification code received by SMS.

    Email

    Enter the contact's email address and click Send Verification Code.

    Email verification code

    Enter the verification code received by email.

    Webhook

    Enter the webhook URL.

    Note
    • The webhook feature supports DingTalk, WeCom, Lark, and Application Real-Time Monitoring Service (ARMS).

    • When configuring a DingTalk chatbot, you must add DAS Alarm as a keyword in the security settings of the chatbot.

    Add to existing contact group

    Select an existing contact group to add this contact to.

Add a contact group

  1. Log on to the DAS console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Tools > Alert Service > Alert Contacts.

  3. Click the Alert Contact Groups tab, and then click Add Contact Group in the upper-right corner.

  4. In the Add Contact Group dialog box, enter the required information and click OK.

    Parameter

    Description

    Group name

    Enter the contact group name.

    Note

    Optionally, enter a note for the contact group.

    Select contacts

    Select existing contacts or click Create Contact to add a new contact to the group.
