View or modify workspace information

Procedure

1. Log on to the ARMS console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Managed Service for Grafana > Workspace Management.

2. On the Workspace Management page, click the ID of the workspace that you want to manage. The Workspace Information page appears.

   

Basic information

In the Basic information section, you can perform the following operations:

• Modify the name or description of the workspace.

• Release the workspace.

  Note

  After you release a workspace, its IP address is not retained, whereas its Grafana data is retained.

• Upgrade or downgrade the workspace.，For more information，seeGrafanabilling rules

  Note

  During the upgrade, a new server is automatically started to ensure that your service continues to run without interruption.

• Update the version of Grafana.

  Note

  • Before you update the version of Grafana, we recommend that you back up data of the current version.For specific operations，seeData backup。

  • After Grafana of the latest version is used for the workspace, Upgrade is no longer displayed next to the Version Number parameter.

• Modify the HTTP or HTTPS protocol, port number, or domain name.

• Click the endpoint to go to the Grafana page.

  Note

  On the Grafana logon page, you can sign in with the admin account and the password that you set when you created the workspace. Alternatively, you can click Sign in with Alibaba Cloud to sign in with your current Alibaba Cloud account.

Integrate cloud services

Managed Service for Grafana allows you to integrate and synchronize data sources and dashboards of Alibaba Cloud services into your workspace with simple configurations. For information about how to view and manage the integration of Alibaba Cloud services, see Integrate cloud services.
