Total fee = Number of verifications + Feature fee

Offset rules

• Resource plans can offset the fees for Captcha verifications regardless of the region or Captcha type. Prices vary based on the resource plan specifications. For more information, see the resource plan purchase page.

• Feature fees are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis and cannot be offset by resource plans. The billable items are listed in the following table:

Offset order

After you purchase a resource plan, the verifications in your resource plan are used first.

You can purchase multiple resource plans. If you have multiple resource plans of the same type, they are used in the following order:

• Resource plans are used based on their expiration date. The plan that expires first is used first. If multiple plans have the same expiration date, they are used in the order in which they were purchased.

• After all verifications in a resource plan are used, any overage is automatically billed on a pay-as-you-go basis, and the fees are deducted from your account balance.

Subscription duration

Resource plans are valid for 1 year or 1 month.

After a resource plan expires, you can no longer use it to offset verification requests. You must purchase a new resource plan to continue offsetting fees.

Effective and offset time

A resource plan takes effect immediately after purchase and starts to offset fees from the pay-as-you-go bill generated on the same day.

Query remaining verifications

You can query the remaining verifications and usage details of your Captcha resource plan in the Alibaba Cloud Expenses and Costs console.

1. Log on to the console.

2. In the navigation pane on the left, click Account > Resources.

3. On the Resource Plan page, set Resource Dimension to Resource Plan.

4. Click the Instance Summary or Usage Details tab. In the Product Name column, select Web Application Firewall.

   Note

   The Alibaba Cloud CAPTCHA 2.0 product is categorized under Web Application Firewall. Therefore, in the Product Name column, you can select Web Application Firewall to quickly filter for Captcha resource plans.

5. You can view the remaining verifications, usage details, and other information for your Captcha resource plan.

Refund policy

Resource plans do not support self-service unsubscription. However, if your resource plan meets the following conditions, you can submit a ticket to request a refund.

• The resource plan is valid for up to 5 days.

• The resource plan has not been used.
