This document describes how to manage and renew Ali Telecom numbers.
You must pay monthly service fees for 400 numbers and landline numbers provided by Ali Telecom. When a number's monthly plan expires, you must renew it to continue service. You can manage renewals in the following ways:
Enable auto-renewal: Orders automatically renew for a set period when they expire.
Use manual renewal: Orders expire if you do not manually renew them.
How to find the number to operate on
To find a specific number, press CTRL+F and enter the number.
Set up renewals
Enable auto-renewal
On the Manual Renewal or Do Not Renew tab, find the order for the number. Click Enable Auto-renewal and select a renewal period.
Disable or modify auto-renewal
On the Auto-renewal tab, find the order for the number. Click Manage Auto-renewal to change the renewal period or to disable auto-renewal.
Renew manually
On the Manual Renewal, Auto-renewal, or Do Not Renew tab, find the order for the number and click Renew.
