Online debugging endpoint
Log on to the following address to perform online debugging: https://next.api.aliyun.com/api/CCC/2020-07-01/GetInstance?params={}&sdkStyle=old.
API call configuration
Important
You must make the following two selections. They are the correct configuration items for Cloud Contact Center 2.0 APIs. Other options do not work.
Select the version in the top-left corner: 2020-07-01.
Set the service endpoint: China (Shanghai).
Other API parameters: Fill in the parameters based on the specific API you are calling.
