Manage your Telegram groups and channels in the Chat App Message Service console. You can add groups and channels individually or in bulk, sync their information, and remove them when no longer needed.

Prerequisites

Before you add a group or channel, verify that you meet these requirements:

Add a group or channel

  1. Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

  2. In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management.

  3. Click the Channel ID of the target Telegram-type channel to open its details page.

  4. Click the Group/Channel Management > Connect New Group/Channel.

  5. Enter the Public URL of the group or channel.

Example of a public link format: https://t.me/test4getchat

  6. Click Identity Info. The system identifies and displays the name, type, and bot role of the group or channel.

  7. After confirming the information is correct, click Connect.

    Note

The bot must have the administrator or member role in the group or channel. If the bot has not joined the group or channel, or lacks sufficient permissions, the operation fails.
