Langfuse organization management

The Alibaba Cloud console provides Langfuse organization and project management capabilities, including creating and deleting organizations, managing member roles within organizations, and managing projects within organizations. This topic describes how to manage Langfuse organizations and projects in the ClickHouse console.

Go to the organization management page

  1. Log on to the ClickHouse console.

  2. On the ClickHouse instance details page, click Agent Observatory Suite, and then click the name of the Langfuse instance to go to the Langfuse service details page.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, click Organization Management to view all organizations in the Langfuse instance.

Create an organization

  1. On the Organization Management page, click Create Organization.

  2. Configure the following parameters:

    • Organization Name: the name of the organization.

    • Administrator Email: the email address of the organization owner.

  3. Click Create.

Note

If no users exist, create a user first. For more information, see Langfuse user management.

Delete an organization

On the Organization Management page, find the target organization and click Delete.

Important

You cannot delete an organization that still contains projects. Delete all projects in the organization first. Project deletion is an asynchronous operation. Wait about 5 minutes before deleting the organization.

Manage member roles in an organization

On the Organization Management page, find the target organization and click Manage to view all member roles and project information in the organization.

Add a member

  1. Click Add Member.

  2. Enter the member's email address and organization role.

  3. Click Confirm to add the member to the organization.

Remove a member

In the member list, find the target member and click Remove. After removal, the member cannot access any information or data in the organization.

Important

You cannot remove the only OWNER of an organization. To remove such a user, first assign the OWNER role to at least one other user in the organization.

Manage projects in an organization

On the organization management page, click Project Management to view all projects in the organization.

Create a project

  1. Click Add Project.

  2. Enter a project name.

  3. Click Create to create the project in the organization.

Delete a project

In the project list, find the target project and click Delete.

Important

All data in the project will be deleted. Project deletion is an asynchronous operation.

Manage project members

Click Member Management to view the roles of all members in the project.

Click Edit to modify the project role of a member.

Note

If the project role is set to NONE, no additional project-level role is assigned to the member. The member inherits the organization-level role.
