The Alibaba Cloud console provides Langfuse user management capabilities, including creating, deleting, and resetting passwords for Langfuse users, as well as configuring organization and project roles. This topic describes how to manage Langfuse users in the ClickHouse console.
Create a user

On the User Management page, click Create User.

Enter the User Email, Name, Password, Organization (optional), and Role.

Click Create User.

Delete a user
On the User Management page, find the target user and click Delete to remove the user from the Langfuse instance.

After a user is deleted, the user can no longer access the Langfuse instance and is removed from all organizations and projects.

You cannot delete a user who is the only OWNER of an organization. To delete such a user, first assign the OWNER role to at least one other user in the organization.
Manage roles
On the User Management page, find the target user and click Details to view and modify the organization-level and project-level roles of the user.

Click Grant Organization Permissions to configure organization-level roles.

Click Grant Project Permissions to configure project-level roles.
Reset a password
On the User Management page, find the target user and click Reset Password to set a new password for the user.
