This topic describes how to query bills for CloudBox and its related services in the Expenses and Costs console.
Background information
CloudBox supports two billing methods: all upfront and partial upfront.
For the all upfront billing method, you pay all fees at the time of purchase. You can view the related bills in the Expenses and Costs console.
For the partial upfront billing method, you pay a portion of the fees at the time of purchase. The remaining fees are paid in installments.
After your CloudBox instance enters a billing cycle, Alibaba Cloud generates an installment bill on the first day of each month. The installment amount is calculated using the following formula: Remaining fees / Subscription duration in months. For example, if your CloudBox instance is accepted on May 5, the first installment bill is generated on June 1, and the second installment bill is generated on July 1. The installment amount is the same each month.
ImportantEnsure that your account has a sufficient balance to pay your bills on time. If a bill is not paid within 7 calendar days after it is generated, service for your CloudBox instance will be suspended.
Procedure
Log on to the Expenses and Costs console.
In the navigation pane on the left, choose .
On the Bill Details page, click a tab to query bills based on your requirements.

Detailed Bills
Detailed bills can be filtered by statistical item and statistical period. You can view details such as billable items, usage, prices, and deduction information for products.
Usage Details
Export usage details to a CSV file to view them. To view the usage details of resources in a cluster, select the corresponding product and export the details to a CSV file.
When you query Detailed Bills, set the Product filter to CloudBox to view the corresponding bills.
The billable items for CloudBox-related products are described as follows:
CloudBox Service: The fees for computing resources in CloudBox.
CDS-CloudBox Block Storage: The fees for block storage resources in CloudBox.
CDS-CloudBox OSS Storage: The fees for Object Storage Service (OSS) resources in CloudBox.
CloudBox Uplink Bandwidth: The fees for the bandwidth of Smart Access Gateway (SAG) that is used when CloudBox connects to Alibaba Cloud.
CloudBox Delivery Technical Service Basic Package: The fees for CloudBox delivery. These fees are included in the CloudBox Service. This item shows CNY 0.
Other CloudBox-related items: The fees for other services related to CloudBox. The name of the item indicates the specific service.

icon to export the current selection or all bills to your computer.
