Renew a Cloud Box

The service term for the resources in your Cloud Box is determined by the subscription period you selected and the acceptance date of the configuration order. This topic describes how to renew a Cloud Box configuration order in the console to extend its service term.

Prerequisites

The Cloud Box configuration order must be delivered or expired.

Limitations

You can only renew all delivered configuration orders for a Cloud Box at the same time.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Cloud Box List tab.

    1. Log on to the ECS console.

    2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Instances & Images > CloudBox.

    3. In the top navigation bar, select a region.

    4. Click the Cloud Boxes tab.

  2. Find the target Cloud Box and click its Cloud Box ID.

  3. Click the Resource Configuration Order tab to check the status of the configuration orders.

    You can renew only configuration orders that are delivered or expired. All eligible orders must be renewed together.

  4. Click Renew.

  5. In the dialog box, confirm the details of the Cloud Box resources, select a renewal duration, read and select the Cloud Box Service Terms, and then click OK.

    Note

    The renewal uses the same billing method that you selected for the initial purchase.

  6. Complete the payment process.

  7. Return to the Cloud Box List tab and verify that the expiration date has been extended.
