Where can I find my unpaid orders?
If you place an order for Web Hosting or other value-added services but do not pay immediately, the order is saved on the HiChina Product Orders tab under Unpaid Orders. To find your unpaid orders:

Log in to the Web Hosting console.

On the Order List page, click HiChina Product Orders in the upper-right corner.

On the HiChina Product Orders tab, click Unpaid Orders. This tab lists your unpaid orders with details such as the order ID, amount, and creation date. You can then choose to Pay Now or Delete an order.
