Tag management
In Cloud Migration Hub (CMH), you can use tags to identify and filter resources and migration tasks during resource surveys and migrations.
View tags
Log on to the CMH console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Settings > Label Management. The Label Management page displays three overview metrics: Total number of tags, Research import, and User Creation. Research Import is the count of existing tags of surveyed resources before they are added to the resource list; the CMH console automatically creates these tags. User Creation is the count of tags manually created in the CMH console.
The tag list shows details such as the tag name, value, source, creation time, and modification time.
In the Actions column, click View resource list or View Components to view all resources associated with a tag.
Delete tags
Select the tags that you want to delete and click Delete above the tag list to delete multiple tags at a time.
Create a tag
On the Label Management page, click New Label and complete the following steps to create a tag.
Step 1: In the Basic Information step, configure the Tag Name, Label value, and Label Description parameters.
Step 2: Select the resources or components to add the tag to, or click Not binding to create the tag without binding it to any resources.
