The intelligent threshold feature for Basic Cloud Monitor is a pay-as-you-go feature. If you have not used this feature, you can start a free trial in the Trial Center. The trial lets you use the feature for free for a limited time and with a specific quota.

Procedure
Log on to the Cloud Monitor console.
In the left navigation pane, click Overview.
On the Overview page, click the Trial Center tab.
Click Enable Trial.
On the Intelligent Threshold page, select the I have read and understood the preceding trial rules check box, and then click Start Trial.
After the trial is enabled, you can view details about the trial, such as its duration, usage limits, and what happens after the trial ends.
