Resource plans take priority over pay-as-you-go billing.

Pay-as-you-go: You must add funds to your account in advance. Successful queries incur charges, but failed queries or queries that return no results do not.
Monthly bill = Unit price (to three decimal places) × Number of queries per month.

Resource plan: Purchase a resource plan before you use the service.

For the two-factor, three-factor, and four-factor enterprise verification features, you are charged for an API call when VerifyResult returns true or false and ReasonCode is 0, 1, or 2. No charges apply in other cases.

For the phone number status query feature, you are charged for an API call when Code is "OK" and Status is not UNKNOWN. No charges apply in other cases.

For the feature that verifies if a phone number was recycled by a carrier, you are charged for an API call when Code is "OK" and VerifyResult is not 0. No charges apply in other cases.

For the nonexistent phone number detection feature, you are charged for an API call when Code is "OK" and Status is not UNKNOWN. No charges apply in other cases.

For the two-factor and three-factor carrier verification features, you are charged for an API call when Code is "OK" and IsConsistent is not 2. No charges apply in other cases.

For the feature that queries how long a phone number has been active with a carrier, you are charged for an API call when Code is "OK" and VerifyResult is not -1. No charges apply in other cases.

For the two-factor ID card verification feature, you are charged for an API call when Code is "OK" and IsConsistent is not 2. No charges apply for other responses.

For the phone number carrier query feature, you are charged for an API call when Code is "OK". No charges apply in other cases.

The monthly bill amount is for reference only. The final bill is generated at the end of the month. To view the final amount after coupon deductions, go to the Overview page in the Alibaba Cloud User Center.

The monthly unit price is precise to three decimal places. If a discrepancy exists between the calculated amount (unit price × monthly usage) and the monthly bill, the bill amount prevails.
Overdue payments
Cell Phone Number Service uses pay-as-you-go billing. Fees are automatically deducted from your account after a bill is generated. If your account balance is insufficient, Alibaba Cloud notifies you by text message or email. For more information, see Overdue payments.
