Block alerts

Procedure

1. Log on to the DAS console.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Tools > Alert Service > Alert History.

3. On the Alert History tab, find the alert that you want to block and click Block Sending in the Actions column.

   Note

   To block multiple alerts at once, select the alerts and then click Batch Block.

4. In the Block Alert dialog box, select a block duration and click Confirm.

   Note

   After you block an alert, contacts will no longer receive alerts for the resource from the corresponding rule during the block period.
