Database Autonomy Service (DAS) provides diagnostic reports of database instances. You can create or view diagnostic reports in the DAS console.
Prerequisites
A PolarDB for MySQL cluster is connected to DAS and is in the Accessed state. For more information, see Connect instances to DAS.
Procedure
Log on to the DAS console.
In the navigation pane on the left, click .
Find the target instance and click the instance ID to open the instance details page.

In the left-side navigation pane, click Diagnostic Reports.

Click Create Reports to generate a new diagnostic report.
Click Auto-generating Report Settings. In the dialog box that appears, you can specify a schedule for diagnostic reports to be automatically generated.
On the Diagnostic Reports page, you can click Create Reports to manually generate a report. After the diagnosis is complete, the report appears in the list with its score and diagnostic status. Click View Report to see the detailed results.

In the Actions column for the desired report, click View Report to view its details.
