Credit consumption statistics

Prerequisites

You must purchase the unstructured data feature to use credit consumption statistics.

Permissions

Super Administrators, System Administrators, Operations Administrators, and custom global roles with the Operations Management - View Credit consumption statistics permission can view credit consumption statistics.

Credit billing rules

Failed or canceled tasks do not consume Credits. For more information about how different operators consume Credits, see Credit billing details for each operator.

For example, the file basic information operator consumes 0.3 Credits per file. Therefore, processing 100 files consumes 30 Credits (100 * 0.3).

Formula: Credit consumption = Number of processed files * 0.3.

Credit deduction rules

• If you have multiple resource packages with different validity periods, Credits are deducted from the package that will expire soonest.

• If a resource package has an insufficient balance but other active packages are available, a single task can draw Credits from multiple packages. If only one resource package remains and a task's cost exceeds the remaining balance, the system allows an overdraft of 4,000 to 5,000 Credits.

• When you purchase a new resource package, any overdrawn Credits are automatically deducted from the new balance. For example, if tenant A has an overdraft of 2,000 Credits and tenant B has an overdraft of 3,000 Credits, the total account overdraft is 5,000 Credits. When you purchase a new 10,000-Credit resource package for the account, the system automatically deducts this overdraft, leaving a balance of 5,000 Credits.

Procedure

1. On the Dataphin homepage, choose Super X > Intelligent Application Management from the top menu bar.

2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Operations Management > Credit consumption statistics.

3. On the Credit consumption statistics page, you can view resource consumption details and configure top-up alerts.

   • Configure Credit top-up alerts: Alerts are sent only for Dataphin built-in models.

     1. In the upper-right corner, click Configure Credit Alert. In the Credit Alert Configuration dialog box, set the following parameters.

        • Alert condition: Enter an integer from 1 to 100,000.

        • Alert recipients: Select up to five recipients.

        • Alert method: Select one or more methods, such as Phone, Email, SMS, DingTalk.

     2. Click OK.

   • Purchase: In the upper-right corner, click Purchase to go to the Dataphin pricing page.

   • The page displays Credit usage for built-in and custom models. This includes metrics like Used today, Used this month, and Balance, as well as details about subscription credits and purchased resource packages.

     • Used today: The total Credits consumed since 00:00 on the current day.

     • Used this month: The total Credits consumed since the first day of the current month.

     • Balance: The remaining Credits for the current tenant. Click the View icon to see a detailed breakdown of the balance for built-in and custom models. For the built-in model, you can see the package version, balance, expiration date, and the used and total Credits. For the custom model, this section shows the total Credit usage for the current tenant.

       Note

       If you have purchased the advanced license package for custom models, using custom models does not consume Credits. In this case, this section only tracks usage for statistical purposes.

   • The page displays detailed lists of consumed and acquired Credits over the last six months.

     Consumed resources: This tab lists details about consumed resources, including the last call time, source name, source type, project, operator/application, Credits (built-in model), and Credits (custom model).

     • Last call time: The start and end times of a task's API calls, which help you identify the actual consumption time range.

     • Source type : The type of task that consumed Credits. Examples include scheduled workflow, manual workflow, real-time workflow, online workflow, knowledge graph, and data service.

       Note

       Credits consumed by calling a workflow API (online workflow) are attributed to the Dataphin project.

     • Credits (built-in model) / Credits (custom model): You can click the Sort icon to sort the column in ascending or descending order.

     Acquired resources: This tab lists details about acquired resources, including the time, resource package name, change type, operator, and the number of Credits acquired.
