Feedback records provide a centralized way to monitor the usage of intelligent applications. You can use these records to understand how each application is used and tune its performance. This topic describes how to view AI chat feedback records.
Prerequisites
To use the feedback records for an intelligent application, you must first enable at least one of the following features: X-Data Engineering, X-Analytics, or X-Coding Assistant.
Limits
Each intelligent application stores a maximum of 1,000 of the most recent liked and disliked feedback records.
If a record is older than the conversation retention period, you cannot view the full conversation.
You cannot view the full conversation content in X-Data Engineering.
Permissions
Users who have the Intelligent Application - Management permission can view feedback records.
Procedure
On the Dataphin homepage, in the top menu bar, choose Super X > Intelligent Application Management.
In the navigation pane on the left, choose Operations Management > Feedback Records.
The Feedback Records page shows statistics for total feedback, likes, and dislikes for each intelligent application, such as X-Data Engineering, X-Analytics, and X-Coding Assistant. You can switch between the cards to view the feedback records for a specific application.
The feedback records show the input instruction, response, feedback result, feedback reason, the user who provided the feedback, and the conversation time.
Input Instruction: The user input that corresponds to the liked or disliked response.
You can search by instruction keyword, filter by user, or use the quick filters for Like and Dislike records.
You can perform the following operations on a feedback record.
Operation
Description
View Response

For X-Analytics, you can view information such as analysis code. For X-Coding Assistant, you can view the response details for the current input instruction.
View Original Conversation
This operation is available if you have view permissions for the intelligent application (X-Data Engineering or X-Analytics). Click the View icon in the Operation column. You are redirected to the full conversation that contains the feedback record. This lets you analyze the feedback with its full context.
NoteIf the conversation that contains the feedback record is outside the retention period, you cannot view the original conversation.
