Governance analysis
Governance analysis identifies and diagnoses governance issues across projects, providing insights into areas requiring attention. This topic describes the process for viewing governance health scores, score details, and project-specific governance information.
Introduction to the governance analysis page

Navigate to the Dataphin home page, access the top menu bar, and select Governance > Resource Governance.

In the navigation pane on the left, choose Governance Overview > Governance Analysis to access the Governance Analysis page.

On the Governance Analysis page, select a specific report date in the upper right corner (illustration ①) to view business data for that date. The page displays health scores for Storage and Computation (illustration ②), along with detailed scores (illustration ③) and project governance information (illustration ④).
Governance health scores
The governance health score consists of the Storage Health Score and the Computation Health Score. Closed governance items are not included in the health score calculation.
Computation/Storage Health Score: Reflects the computation/storage health score as of the report date. Health scores are segmented by level:

A score of 100 points indicates a High health level.

Scores of 85 points or higher are classified as High health level.

Scores between 60 and 85 points are considered a Medium health level.

Scores below 60 points are deemed a Low health level.
Score details
The score details section displays the overall Number Of Governance Items, Number Of Governance Matters, and Pending Nodes for storage or computation. It also presents information such as health score deductions for each governance item and the volume of computation awaiting governance.

Pending Storage Volume |
The volume of storage awaiting governance but not yet addressed. |

The count of tables that require governance but have not yet been addressed. |
Computation score details

Computation governance items include Output Table Not Read, Violent Scan, Data Expansion, Data Skew, Error Node, Import Empty, and Input Empty. |

Health Score Deductions |
Deductions are made at the item level based on the Dataphin data health model. |

Storage capacity to manage. |

Pending Node Count |
The count of nodes that require governance but have not yet been addressed. |
Project governance details
The project governance details section defaults to displaying information such as storage and computation volumes, governance rates, and pending governance items for all projects by project and business segment. To view specific details for computation or storage, click Governance Analysis followed by Computation or Storage.
To quickly filter projects, enter the project name in the search box or click the 
icon to select Environment, Business Segment, or Responsible Person for targeted project governance details.
