View and manage my assets

更新时间: 2026-01-17 20:48:46

The My Assets list helps you quickly view the assets that you own. From this list, you can change asset owners, request permissions, and subscribe to changes in associated data standards. This topic describes how to view and manage your assets.

Permissions

  • Super administrators can change the owner of all table types. Current table owners can only change the owner of tables they own.

  • Project administrators can change the owner of real-time metatables, image tables, physical tables, and physical views within their projects.

  • Domain architects can change the owner of logical tables and logical views within their designated domains.

  • If a logical aggregate table does not have an owner, super administrators and domain administrators can assign one.

Perform a fuzzy search by data table name or description. You can also filter results by project, asset tag, environment, table type, or storage format.

Function area

  • One-click change owner: Perform batch operations to change the owner of all objects that match the current search and filter criteria. For more information, see Change owner.

  • View all assets: View object details in the asset checklist. For more information, see Introduction to the Dataphin asset list, .

Asset list area

The list displays the filtered results. It includes details such as the data table name, description, data domain/subject area, project, highest security level (requires the data security module), asset tags, and owner. In the Actions column, you can Change Owner, Request Permission, Modify Asset Tag, and Subscribe To Associated Standard Changes for a data table.

  • Change Owner: Change the owner of the current table to another user. The owner change for each data table is an independent operation. A failed operation for one table does not affect other tables.

In the Change Owner dialog box, select a Recipient and click OK to transfer ownership immediately. Sync with the recipient promptly. You can view the transfer information in the transfer record panel. For more information, see View transfer records.

  • Request Permission: Request permissions for a table. To do so, click Request Permission. For more information, see Request, renew, and return table permissions.

  • Modify Asset Tag: In the Modify Asset Tag dialog box, enter a tag value of up to 128 characters and click OK. You can configure a maximum of 20 tags for each asset object.

    Note
    • Super administrators can modify asset tags for all table types. Current table owners can modify asset tags only for tables they own.

    • Project administrators can modify asset tags for real-time metatables, image tables, physical tables, and physical views within their projects.

    • Domain architects can modify asset tags for logical tables and logical views within their designated domains.

  • Subscribe To Associated Standard Changes: You must purchase the Data Standard value-added service to use this operation. Select the data tables to which you want to subscribe. In the Batch Subscribe To Standard Changes dialog box, view the data standards associated with the data table. You can also select a conflict resolution policy for subscribed standards and configure how to receive notifications for standard status changes. You can perform this operation only on standards for which you have view permissions. Otherwise, the subscription fails. Make sure you have view permissions for all standards in the data standard set. For more information, see Add a subscription.

    Note
    • Batch subscribe to standards that are associated with fields in the selected data tables.

    • A single batch subscription can include a maximum of 1,000 standards.
