Create and manage audience group offline services

更新时间: 2026-06-17 12:54:42

The Dataphin tag platform provides audience group services that enable batch export of audience groups through Data Integration for downstream analysis applications. You can create and manage audience group offline services to meet your export needs.

Limitations

To ensure high availability, the system writes data to a temporary table ({target table}_dpfx_b) when running audience group offline services. After the write completes, the original target table is renamed to {target table}_dpfx_tmp, the temporary table is renamed to the target table, and the old table is deleted. Data is briefly unavailable between the rename operations.

Prerequisites

  • An application has been created and associated with the offline audience group service. For more information, see Manage Applications.

  • Before creating an offline audience group service, you must first create the corresponding entity. For more information, see manage entities.

Create audience group offline service

  1. On the Dataphin home page, select Tag > Tag Application from the top menu bar.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, select Service Management > Audience Group Offline Service.

  3. On the Audience Group Offline Service page, click Create Offline Service.

  4. On the Create Offline Service configuration page, configure the necessary parameters.

    Parameter

    Description

    Basic Information

    Task Name

Enter a task name. The naming rules are as follows:

Supports Chinese and English characters, digits, and underscores (_). Maximum length: 64 characters.

    Application Selection

Select the application associated with the project.

    Owner

Select the owner of the audience group offline service. You can search owners by keyword.

    Schedule Type

Supports recurring schedule and manual schedule types.

    • Manual Schedule: A one-time integration task. After publishing, you can manually run it from the task list page.

    • Recurring Schedule: Runs automatically according to the configured schedule.

    Description

Enter a brief description of the task. Maximum length: 1000 characters.

    Field Mapping

    Audience Group Selection

Select the audience group you need to configure.

    Is Tag Sync Needed

Defaults to No, which syncs only the entity ID of the audience group. If you select Yes, you can select the tags to sync in Input Tag.

    Target Data Source

Select the target data source for the audience group service. Supported data source types include MySQL, Oracle, AnalyticDB for PostgreSQL, Greenplum, openGauss, and project created in Dataphin.

    Note

The project data source supports only projects that the current account has joined (General and Tag project), and the project tenant account must have write-through permission.

If the required data source does not exist, click +create Data Source to create one. For more information, see Data source management.

    Schema

When the target data source type is openGauss, AnalyticDB for PostgreSQL, or Greenplum, you can select the schema of the data source.

    Target Table

Select the target table in the target data source. For openGauss, AnalyticDB for PostgreSQL, or Greenplum data source types, the target table is located under the schema.

    • When cross-project safe mode is enabled, cross-project table creation is not supported. For more information, see Security settings.

    • If you do not have write permission for the production environment of the target table, click Request Permission to apply. For more information, see Request, renew, and return table permissions.

    • If no corresponding target table exists, select the input tag first, then click One-click Table Creation to create the required target table.

    • In the generated table creation statement, verify that the table name, field type, precision, and other settings meet your requirements before clicking Create.

    • The table name and remarks are auto-generated and can be modified as needed.

    • The generated table creation statement maps field types based on the input tag types. You can modify the statement as needed.

    • When the target data source is a project, a partitioned table is generated by default. We recommend that you do not change this setting.

    • When the target data source type is AnalyticDB for PostgreSQL, selecting a partitioned table is not supported.

    • After selecting the input tag, you can configure the code value and code name for the exported tag. You can export the tag value or code name separately, or export both. At least one must be exported.

    • During one-click table creation, if the tag has a configured lookup table, you can choose to export the code name. The exported code name is {tag code}_codename. After table creation, the system automatically maps the fields.

    Date Partition

Select the partition field of the target table.

    • If the selected target table is a partitioned table, the system will default to the first partition field of the table.

    • If the selected target table is a non-partitioned table, there is no need to select a date partition.

    Partition Field Format

Enter or select a date format: yyyyMMdd, yyyy-MM-dd, yyyy/MM/dd, or yyyy.MM.dd.

    Note

Only when the compute engine is MaxCompute, the partition field format can be selected as yyyymmdd, yyyy-mm-dd, yyyy/mm/dd, or yyyy.mm.dd.

    Loading Policy

Only Overwrite Policy is supported. When a primary key/constraint conflict occurs, the original data is deleted first, and then the new row is inserted.

    Mapping Field

When tag sync is not needed, select the fields to map.

    • Same name mapping: Click Same Name Mapping to automatically associate tags with their same-name mapping fields.

    • Purge: Click the image.png icon to clear all mapped relationships.

    • Outputs: Select the output content for tags with a configured lookup table. Options include tag value and code name. By default, all tag values are selected. Use the options at the bottom of the output tag list for bulk selection across the entire page.

    Maintenance Configuration

    Recurrence

The scheduling cycle within a specific time range. Supports daily scheduling. Audience group offline tasks run according to the configured schedule.

  5. Click Publish to complete the creation of the audience group offline service task.

Manage audience group offline services

  1. The audience group offline service page displays task name, owner, application name, audience group name, entity, entity ID, task status, execution status, target table, schedule type, and available operations.

Hover over the target table to view its full name and data source name. For openGauss data sources, you can also view the target table schema.

  2. (Optional) Filter tasks by selecting Only Mine, entering the task name, or clicking Filter to refine by Application name, Entity-Entity ID, Target source type, Task status, Execution status, or Schedule type.

  3. In the Actions column, you can perform the following operations on audience group offline service tasks.

    Action item
