This topic describes the map analysis feature of analysis units.
Prerequisites
You are logged in to the DataV-Note intelligent analysis platform.
You have opened the project editor.
Use map analysis
Click Visualization > Map to add a map analysis unit.
Select a geographic dataset from the current analysis document.
The system automatically creates a map based on the selected data.
Geographic data types include points, lines, and polygons. The following configurations are for point data.
Basic
Visible zoom levels: Set the zoom levels at which data points are visible. Data points appear only when the map's zoom level is within the specified range. The range is 0 to 22.
Opacity: Set the opacity of the point data. The range is 0 to 100.
Collision detection: Enable this feature to prevent icons and labels from overlapping. This setting is available only when the Text label feature is enabled.
Color
Basic settings: Set the color of the point data. For more information, see Color picker.
Color mapping: Click the
icon to open the color mapping configuration. For more information, see Color mapper.
Radius
Basic settings: Drag the slider to set the radius of the data points.
Size mapping: Click the
icon to open the size mapping configuration. For more information, see Size mapper.
Outline
Color: Set the outline color. For more information, see Color picker.
Width: Drag the slider to set the outline width. The range is 0 to 10.
Text label
Label field: Select a field from the current layer's data table.
Label anchor: Set the label's position relative to the point. The options are Left, Center, Right, Top, and Bottom.
Font size: Set the font size of the label. The range is 0 to 50.
Font color: Set the label color. For more information, see Color picker.
Outline width: Set the outline width of the label. The range is 0 to 5.
Outline color: Set the outline color of the label. For more information, see Color picker.
Interactive Dialog
Displayed Fields: Select the parameter fields to display in the tooltip.
(Optional) On the map canvas, you can perform the following actions:
Drag with the left mouse button to pan the map.
Drag with the right mouse button to rotate the map.
Click the
