Intelligent data modeling uses a subscription billing model. You are billed based on the number of objects you create in the product. You can choose from different editions of intelligent data modeling based on your needs. Additionally, intelligent data modeling offers separately billed industry model templates that you can purchase to quickly build your own data warehouse.
Usage notes

To purchase intelligent data modeling, you must have an active subscription to any edition of DataWorks or purchase a new one. For more information about DataWorks editions, see Software edition selection and billing.

To use the OpenAPI for intelligent data modeling, you must have active subscriptions for both DataWorks and intelligent data modeling.
Billing calculation
The number of objects determines the edition. The calculation rules are as follows.
Number of objects = Total number of logical models + ROUNDUP(Total number of derived metrics / 10) + ROUNDUP(Total number of compound indicators / 10)Billing applies only to objects created and successfully submitted in the intelligent data modeling module.

For example, if you create and submit 15 logical models, 23 derived metrics, and 8 compound indicators, your total number of objects is calculated as follows: 15 + ROUNDUP(23/10) + ROUNDUP(8/10) = 19.

On the templates page, click Contact Us and use DingTalk to scan the QR code to contact the product manager for purchase information. The price for industry model templates is the same across the Public Cloud, Alibaba Gov Cloud, and Alibaba Finance Cloud platforms. The pricing is as follows.

Subscription expiration
When your intelligent data modeling subscription expires, the models you have created are not deleted. To continue using the service, renew your subscription.
