After you enable automatic deployment for a dedicated host (DDH), the system adds the DDH to a resource pool for automatically deploying ECS instances. When you create ECS instances without specifying a DDH, the system automatically selects a DDH from the resource pool to deploy the instances. This makes deployment more flexible.
By default, the Automatic Deployment switch is enabled when you create a dedicated host (DDH). If you have not manually disabled this switch, no further action is required.
Procedure
Log in to the ECS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Instances & Images >
> Dedicated Hosts.In the upper-left corner of the page, select a region and resource group.

Select the target DDH. In the upper-left corner of the page, choose
> Modify Host Information. -
In the Modify DDH Information dialog box, turn on the Automatic Deployment switch.

Click OK.
