How do I view and manage orders in DMS?
Log on to the DMS console V5.0.
In the top navigation bar, move the pointer over the
icon and click DMS Order Management. NoteIn the simple mode of the DMS console, move the pointer over the profile picture in the upper-right corner of the console, and choose to view the purchase details.
In the Purchase Specification Details dialog box, you can view the purchased control mode (Security Collaboration, Stable Change) or sensitive data protection features.
NoteYou can view the used and available quotas of purchased resources in this dialog box.
If the available quota is insufficient, you can upgrade the purchased subscription service or purchase a new pay-as-you-go resource. For more information about how to upgrade a subscription service and how to purchase a pay-as-you-go resource, see Upgrade service specifications and Purchase a feature of DMS.
If the available quota is sufficient, you can unsubscribe from some pay-as-you-go resources to reduce the total quota (resource quantity in orders). Before you do so, make sure that the unsubscription does not affect your business. For more information, see Unsubscribe from pay-as-you-go resources.
Are my orders for DMS resources bound to database instances?
No, orders for DMS resources are not bound to your database instances. To allow you to use and manage DMS resources in a flexible manner, the quotas for control modes (security collaboration and stable change) or the sensitive data protection feature in your orders can be used for all database instances in DMS.
Are the available features in DMS different when I use a subscription resource or use a pay-as-you-go resource?
There are no differences.
Why do I still receive the bill message after I have unsubscribed from a pay-as-you-go DMS resource?

Am I still charged in DMS if an RDS instance managed in DMS has been released in the RDS console but has not been removed from DMS?
Yes, you are still charged in DMS. DMS orders are not bound to your database instances. Therefore, after this instance is released in the RDS console, this instance is not automatically removed from DMS. You need to manually remove this instance in the DMS console. After this instance is removed, the quota occupied by this instance in the order will be released and can be used for other instances. For more information, see Remove one or more instances.
How do I unsubscribe from or downgrade a subscription resource?
