View the control mode of an instance

Updated at:

This topic describes how to view the control mode of an instance in the DMS console.

Background information

Data Management Service (DMS) provides three control modes: Flexible Management, Stable Change, and Security Collaboration. For more information about each control mode, see Control modes.

Procedure

  1. Log on to Data Management Service (DMS) 5.0.

  2. View the control mode of a single instance.

    1. In the search bar of the instance list area on the left side of the DMS console page, search for the target instance.

      Note

You can search for the target instance by information such as the instance name, instance address, or database type.

    2. Hover over the instance name to view its control mode.

After you hover over the instance name, you can view the control mode icon in the feature package row of the instance details. A highlighted Security Collaboration icon indicates that the control mode of the instance is Security Collaboration.
