Why did my referred customer disappear?

If a customer accesses another ambassador's referral link during the promotion period, a new referral relationship is created with that ambassador. Your existing referral relationship with the customer then ends.

A customer may also disappear after completing identity verification. This can happen to users who register a new account or associate an existing one through your referral link, even those in a protection period. The most likely reason is that the user has another account under the same identity. If that account is a type that cannot be associated with an Alibaba Cloud Ambassador, the system detects this and ends your referral relationship.
