What triggers same-person risk control?

Invalid orders are those that are ineligible for rebates due to promotion violations. Such violations include an ambassador making a purchase for themselves or on behalf of a customer. The system flags these activities as 'same-person' transactions.

Criteria for same-person determination

• The system flags an activity as a same-person transaction if information associated with a customer's or an ambassador's Alibaba Cloud account matches that of another account during registration, logon, or general use. This information includes details such as the certificate, phone number, or mailbox. Do not change personal information, such as your certificate or phone number, after a successful promotion and before the commission is credited to your account. Changing account information is also considered a same-person operation and will invalidate the rebate order. Once an account is flagged for same-person activity, this status cannot be reversed.
