This topic describes how to add a standard function to a product in the IoT Platform console.-阿里云帮助中心

If the default functions do not meet your needs, you can add new standard functions. These functions are optional.

Prerequisites

Note Standard function plan: The function type selection in Step 3 differs for private brand projects and Tmall Genie ecosystem projects.

On the Product Management tab of the project homepage, select a product and go to the Product > Function Definition page.
Click Add Function next to Standard Functions
The available function types vary between private brand projects and Tmall Genie ecosystem projects:
- For a private brand project, click a function type in the Select Function area on the left.
  The system automatically adds the function type to the Selected Functions area on the right.
  
  In addition to functions of the current category, you can also search for and add cross-category functions.
  
  Note If you have special requirements, you can add a cross-category Thing Specification Language model, but you are responsible for implementing the required features.
- For a Tmall Genie ecosystem project, click a function type in the Select Function area on the left.
  The system automatically adds the function type to the Selected Functions area on the right.
  
  Note Tmall Genie ecosystem projects do not support adding cross-category standard functions.
Click OK.
