Each project has an independent Operations Hub. This hub provides a ready-to-use operations management console that includes device O&M and monitoring, user operations statistics, and a DataV data dashboard. The Operations Hub supports both Chinese and English.

Accessing the feature

Select a project. On the project homepage, click Operations Hub on the right.

Operations Hub rules

The Operations Hub gathers statistics on products, devices, and users within a project according to the following rules.

Feature	Operations Hub rule
Device O&M	Product: Statistics include all products in the project, including published products and products in development. Device: The Device List, Alert Center, Activation Data, and Active Data features count only mass-produced devices in the project. Test devices are not included. Firmware Upgrade statistics include all devices in the project, including both mass-produced and test devices.
User Operations	Statistics include only users of your proprietary app. This includes users with built-in accounts and users from third-party account integrations. Users of the public app and users authorized through the Tmall Genie app (Taobao accounts) are not included.
Data Dashboard	Product: Statistics include only published products in the project. Products in development are not included. Device: Statistics include only mass-produced devices in the project. Test devices are not included. User: Statistics include only users of your proprietary app. This includes users with built-in accounts and users from third-party account integrations. Users of the public app and users authorized through the Tmall Genie app (Taobao accounts) are not included.

Authorization management

You can grant separate authorization for the Operations Hub to customers or operators. The Operations Hub is completely isolated from the Development Hub, which means customers cannot view or modify any configurations or pricing. This lets you deliver a complete, ready-to-use operations management console directly to your customers. For more information, see How do I grant project authorization?
