You can use rich media templates in WeChat marketing tasks.
Create a WeChat template
Follow these steps:
In the Workspace Management console, go to User Marketing > Reach Marketing > WeChat > WeChat Template and click Create Template in the upper-right corner.
Set Article Type to Rich Media.
Enter the Article Title, Author, and Article Body. Then, set the Thumbnail and Summary.
Click Save Template to create the template.
Manage WeChat templates
This page lists the WeChat templates that you have created, along with their thumbnails, titles, and summaries.
You can perform the following operations:
Edit: Modify the article title, author, article body, thumbnail, and summary.
Delete: Delete templates that you no longer need.
