You can use the automated marketing task list to view task information, such as the task status, and perform management operations. To view the execution details for each marketing action node, go to the Marketing Action tab on the Task Details page. For more information, see Marketing action subtasks.
The automated marketing task list is shown in the following figure.
Associated Sub-activities: The sub-activities that are associated with the task. If a number is displayed, you can hover over it to view all associated sub-activities.
Last Modified: The time when the task was last modified. If the task has not been modified, the creation time is displayed.
Start Time: The time when the task starts to execute, even if it is waiting for a trigger.
Stop Time: The time when the task execution stops.
Task Trigger Condition: Tasks are triggered by either a behavioral event or for a specific audience.
For tasks that are triggered for a specific audience on a recurring basis (also called recurring tasks), the system creates an execution record for each execution cycle. The record is named in the format: Task Name_Execution Cycle. The record is displayed on the Execution Records tab of the Task Details page, as shown in the following figure.
NoteIf you pause a recurring task, the current cycle continues to run until it finishes. The next cycle does not start.
If you restart a recurring task after you pause it, a new cycle starts.
If you stop only the current cycle, the recurring task continues to the next cycle.
