Promotion QR Code

Updated at:

This feature is available only to paid customers and is no longer sold to new customers.

Promotion QR codes are a key feature of the Social Interaction module. You can use them to analyze your promotion channels. A QR code with parameters lets you analyze users who scan the code, follow your account after scanning, or follow and then unfollow your account.

  • You can attach a specific reply to a QR code. The reply is sent automatically when the code is scanned. For example, you can create a unique QR code for each offline channel, such as an outlet, or for a specific promotion activity.

  • When a user scans the QR code for the first time, they are prompted to follow your official account. After following, they receive the first-time follow reply and the reply attached to the QR code. If the promotion QR code is set to block the first-time follow auto-reply, the user only receives the reply attached to that QR code after following.

  • On the QR code creation and editing pages, you can set tags to be automatically added when a user scans the code. You can configure different tags for new and existing followers.

  • When an existing follower scans the QR code, they receive the reply attached to it.
