A redemption record is generated after a user successfully redeems a coupon.
On the Redemption Records page, you can view the records of all issued coupons, as shown in the following figure:
Names and phone numbers are protected for privacy. Only users with permission can click the View button to view the full name or complete phone number.
You can search for redemption records.
To search by nickname, name, phone number, or coupon code, enter the information in the search box and click the Search icon to run an exact match search. The list then displays the matching records.
You can also search using advanced filters. The search box and advanced filters are mutually exclusive. You can filter by coupon name, redemption time, redemption channel, and status. You can select multiple options for the channel and status fields. Combine your criteria and click the Filter Now button. The list displays the matching records, as shown in the following figure:
