This page analyzes the performance of PUSH tasks. It displays key metrics and data trends.
Go to Workspace > User Marketing > Reach Marketing > PUSH > Performance Analysis.
The page displays the following information:
Key metrics:
Total dismissals: The total number of times users dismiss a message from the notification bar. This count does not include notifications closed in batches by the system.
Total pushes: The total number of devices to which messages are sent. This includes pushes through the PUSH channel and third-party channels.
Total receipts: The total number of messages delivered to the application on a device.
Total opens: The total number of times users open a message by tapping the notification.
Task data trends: A trend graph showing the total number of pushes, receipts, opens, and dismissals.
By default, the page displays performance data for all PUSH applications under all PUSH accounts for the last 7 days. In the upper-right corner, you can filter the data by a specific time range (up to 60 days), PUSH account, and application.
