PUSH Marketing Performance Analysis

This page analyzes the performance of PUSH tasks. It displays key metrics and data trends.

Go to Workspace > User Marketing > Reach Marketing > PUSH > Performance Analysis.

The page displays the following information:

  • Key metrics:

    • Total dismissals: The total number of times users dismiss a message from the notification bar. This count does not include notifications closed in batches by the system.

    • Total pushes: The total number of devices to which messages are sent. This includes pushes through the PUSH channel and third-party channels.

    • Total receipts: The total number of messages delivered to the application on a device.

    • Total opens: The total number of times users open a message by tapping the notification.

  • Task data trends: A trend graph showing the total number of pushes, receipts, opens, and dismissals.

Note

By default, the page displays performance data for all PUSH applications under all PUSH accounts for the last 7 days. In the upper-right corner, you can filter the data by a specific time range (up to 60 days), PUSH account, and application.
