You can create PUSH tasks to send push notifications to users.
Procedure
Go to Workspace > User Marketing > Reach Marketing > PUSH, and click Create PUSH Task in the upper-right corner.
On the task creation page, configure the following parameters:

Task name
Enter a name for the task. For example: November 5 East China Push.
PUSH account
Select the Umeng account that corresponds to the PUSH API.
Alternatively, click Add PUSH Account to go to the Account Management page. Click Grant Authorization in the upper-right corner to authorize the Umeng account, and then return to this page to select the account. For more information, see Account Authorization.
PUSH application
Select an application under the account.
You can also click Add PUSH Application to go to the API Management page, add a new application API, and then return to this page to select the application. For more information, see Create PUSH API.
Title
Enter a title for the PUSH message.
Content
Enter the content for the PUSH message.
A preview of the push content is displayed on the right side of the page. Check the preview.
Recipient Number
Specify the audience for the PUSH notification. Two methods are supported:
Select Audience: Click Select Audience and choose an audience that contains the specified ID type.
Manual Upload: Upload a CSV or TXT file containing the audience list. The file must include the specified ID type.
The specified ID types are:
For iOS PUSH applications: identifier for advertisers (IDFA).
For Android PUSH applications: International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), Open Anonymous Device Identifier (OAID).
Associate sub-campaign
Select a main campaign, and then select a sub-campaign under it. Independent sub-campaigns are displayed under - at the end of the main campaign list. Associate the marketing task with one or more sub-campaigns. For more information about campaigns, see the marketing campaign document.
After clicking the push notification
Set the action to be taken after an audience member clicks the push notification. The following actions are supported:
Open the application.
Open a specified link: This is only supported for Android applications. Enter a URL that starts with http or https.
Open an in-app page: This is only supported for Android applications. Enter the full package name and Activity name. Contact your client developer to obtain the full package name and Activity name.
Push to vendor channel
This is only supported for Android applications. Messages are sent through vendor channels to help improve the delivery rate.
Enable this option and enter the full package name and Activity name. Contact your client developer to obtain the full package name and Activity name.
AES encryption
Select whether the IDs are AES-encrypted.
If the IDs are AES-encrypted, they must be decrypted before the push notification is sent. An AES key is required for decryption. For information about configuring the AES key, see Organization Settings.
Scheduled send
When enabled, you can specify a time to send the push notification.
Click Submit Send Task.
