Enable SMS Official Accounts-Quick Audience(Quick Audience)-阿里云帮助中心

If you are a merchant on Taobao or Tmall, you can enable the SMS Official Account feature after you configure the Alibaba Cloud Short Message Service (SMS) API. This feature adds your store information, menus, and links to promotional messages.

Procedure

Click the icon in the upper-right corner of the page and choose Organization Management > API Management.
In the Alibaba Cloud SMS Settings section, click Request to Enable. On the request page for SMS Official Accounts, configure the following parameters:
- Store Information: This information appears in the header of the text message interface, as shown in the figure below. A preview on the right side of the configuration page shows how your settings will look.
  1. Store Name: Enter up to 15 characters.
  2. SMS Signature: Add a signature that has been approved on the SMS platform.
  3. Upload Logo: Upload a 400 × 400 pixel PNG file with a white background.
- Menu Information: This information appears at the bottom of the text message interface, as shown in the figure above. A preview on the right side of the configuration page shows how your settings will look.
  1. Left Menu Text: From the drop-down list, select Store Homepage.
  2. Left Menu Link: Enter a URL from the taobao.com, tmall.com, or tb.cn domains. You can copy the store homepage link directly. The link can be up to 108 characters long.
  3. Center Menu Text: From the drop-down list, select Best Sellers or Featured Products.
  4. Center Menu Link: Enter a URL from the taobao.com, tmall.com, or tb.cn domains. You can copy the product link directly. The link can be up to 108 characters long.
  5. Right Menu Text: From the drop-down list, select Membership Hub, Membership Gifts, New Arrivals, Latest Events, or Store Weitao.
  6. Right Menu Link: Enter a URL from the taobao.com, tmall.com, or tb.cn domains. The link can be up to 108 characters long.
- Contact Information: This information is used for the approval of your request.
  1. Name: Enter a name. Up to 15 characters are allowed.
  2. Phone: Enter a phone number and click Send Code.
  3. Verification Code: Enter the code you received.
  4. Email: Enter an email address. Up to 108 characters are allowed.
  5. Alibaba Cloud account: Enter your Alibaba Cloud account. Up to 108 characters are allowed.
After you provide all the required information, click Submit.
A dedicated team reviews your request. After the feature is enabled, promotional messages that you send using Alibaba Cloud SMS will appear in the SMS Official Account format. This format is supported only on Android phones from manufacturers such as Huawei, Xiaomi, vivo, and oppo.
