Purchasing a service package:
Log in to the Alibaba Mail console. To the right of a mail domain in the list, click Manage. On the Basic Information page, click Activate. Submit the order and complete the payment.
Instructions
1. After you purchase the service, users in the mail domain can open the web version of Alibaba Mail V5.0. The VIP Service endpoint is located in the upper-right corner.
2. Click VIP Service. Describe your issue in the text box to receive support from the Alibaba Mail team.
