After your reseller business is published, you can contact us by submitting a ticket if you have any questions or suggestions. This topic describes how to submit a ticket.

Procedure

Follow these steps to submit a ticket:

  1. Go to the official website. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Log On.

  2. After you log on, in the upper-right corner of the page, click Console.

  3. At the top of the console, click Tickets > Submit Ticket.

  4. On the Submit Ticket page, complete the following sections: Select Product/Service > Select Issue Type > Describe Issue.

  5. Before you submit the ticket, you can also use the self-service troubleshooting tool.

  6. After you complete the form, click Submit.

  7. After you submit a ticket, your consultation will begin.
