Temporarily ignore a resource's evaluation result from a rule for a specified period. When the period expires, the result is automatically restored and the Compliance Result column displays the current evaluation result.
Procedure
Log on to the Cloud Config console.
Optional. In the upper-left corner, select an account group.
This operation is required only if you are using a management account of a resource directory. Otherwise, you do not need to perform the operation.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .

On the Rules page, click the ID of the target rule, or click Details in the Actions column.

On the Result tab, in the Compliance Result of Related Resources section, find the target resource and click Ignore Evaluation Result in the Actions column.

In the Ignore Evaluation Result dialog box, set the Automatic Recovery Time and Ignored Reason for the resource.
If you do not set an Automatic Recovery Time, the evaluation result remains ignored until you manually revert it.
NoteAfter you ignore an evaluation result, the rule still evaluates the resource, but the result is displayed as Ignored.

Click OK.
The Compliance Result for the resource then changes to Ignored.
NoteTo revert this status, find the resource and click Revert Evaluation Result in the Actions column.
