Account blocking and freezing rules
Block: You can log on and receive emails, but sending is restricted.
Freeze: You cannot log on, send, or receive emails.
Your mailbox is blocked if any of the following occurs. In severe cases, the account is frozen and difficult to restore.

The account sends harmful emails, such as phishing, fraud, or virus emails.

The account is suspected of multiple registrations or service abuse.

Third parties report large amounts of spam from the account, damaging the Alibaba Mail service reputation or causing other adverse effects.
