This topic describes how to restore data backups from the instance recycle bin.
Background information
When you delete a cluster that has an active backup retention policy, the cluster is moved to the instance recycle bin. Its backup files are retained so that you can restore the backups. For more information about the basic features of the recycle bin, see Instance recycle bin.
Procedure
Log on to the OceanBase Management Console .
In the navigation pane on the left, click Instance List.
In the upper-right corner of the Instance List page, click Instance Recycle Bin to view the list of instances in the recycle bin.
In the Actions column of the target instance, click Initiate Restore.
Configure the parameters.
